Pedagogy and Tools
We adopt a blended learning approach that combines traditional teaching methods with modern technology. You will be expected to integrate these tools seamlessly into your teaching practice to create an engaging and interactive learning environment. Our emphasis on English language skills will be supported by digital resources, making language learning a fun and accessible experience for our students.
What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver lessons for English classes, utilizing technology to create engaging multimedia content
- Utilize Google Classroom to share resources, assignments, and feedback with students
- Design and implement blended learning modules using Learning Management Systems
- Leverage smart boards to create interactive lessons and presentations
- Conduct online assessments and quizzes to evaluate student progress
- Integrate digital storytelling tools to enhance language skills
- Develop and maintain a class blog to promote student writing and discussion
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive technology-integrated curriculum for English
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on the latest educational technologies and teaching methodologies
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must possess a post-graduate degree in English or a related field. A B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. is mandatory for all teaching positions. TET/CTET qualifications are preferred but not essential.
Preferred Skills
We seek a candidate with digital literacy and experience in using online teaching tools. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, Google Classroom, and digital storytelling platforms is highly desirable.
Salary and Benefits
