Monitor student progress through oral quizzes and simple written exercises. Provide remedial support to learners struggling with basic German sounds and words. Collaborate with class teachers to reinforce language habits in daily routines.
Oversee the German department’s resource library, ensuring age-appropriate books and flashcards are available. Organize annual German Day events with skits and songs to showcase student talent. Train and guide newly joined German teachers in Skd Academy’s teaching methodology.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline with a B.Ed degree from a recognized Indian university. Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in German, preferably in primary schools across Uttar Pradesh. NET or SET qualification in German is preferred but not mandatory.
Fluency in spoken and written German is essential, along with familiarity with CBSE’s language curriculum guidelines. Experience with activity-based learning and classroom management in primary grades is valued.
