Role Summary:
The PRT Mathematics Teacher at Birla Open Minds Ayodhya Road will play a vital role in shaping the mathematical skills and confidence of our students from the vibrant city of Lucknow. Our Mathematics Teacher in Lucknow will be responsible for creating an engaging learning environment that fosters a love for Mathematics among our students.
Classroom Profile:
Our Mathematics Teacher will be working with students of various skill levels and backgrounds in a co-educational setting. The class size will be limited to ensure personalized attention and a conducive learning environment. Our school follows a well-structured curriculum, and our Mathematics Teacher will be expected to deliver lessons in accordance with this curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote student understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
- Prepare and teach Mathematics classes to students of different skill levels, adapting to their learning needs.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and collaboration among students.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Provide individualized support to students who require additional help, ensuring they meet the curriculum standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement Mathematics programs that enhance student outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and involve them in their child's learning journey.
- Stay updated with curriculum developments and best practices in Mathematics education to continuously improve teaching methods.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and activities that promote student engagement and academic excellence.
Who Can Apply:
We invite applications from qualified and dedicated Mathematics teachers with a passion for teaching. The ideal candidate should have a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree and a strong background in Mathematics. Experience in teaching Mathematics to students of different age groups is essential. TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Our ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be patient and understanding, and have a strong ability to engage students in the learning process. The candidate should also be flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances and school policies.
Salary and Benefits:
The selected candidate will be offered a salary of Rs.18,000 - Rs.25,000 per month, along with other benefits as per the school's policies.
