About This Role
Skd Academy’s PRT Mathematics Teacher will teach Mathematics to Classes 1 to 5 using interactive lessons. The role is full-time and requires at least one year of classroom experience. Parents expect clear updates, so communication in English and Hindi is important.
How You Will Teach
Lessons will run on smart boards with digital worksheets and animated demonstrations. Google Classroom will host assignments and quizzes, while the LMS tracks student progress. Blended learning combines hands-on activities with online practice.
Key Responsibilities
Create weekly lesson plans aligned with the school’s Mathematics curriculum.
Prepare and upload worksheets, quizzes, and demo videos on Google Classroom.
Use smart board tools to demonstrate shapes, patterns, and basic operations.
Conduct small-group activities with math games and manipulatives twice a week.
Monitor student progress through the LMS and share feedback with parents.
Organize monthly math fairs or exhibitions for Classes 3 to 5.
Attend weekly teacher meetings to review student performance data.
Collaborate with the IT coordinator to troubleshoot classroom tech issues.
Required Qualifications
Post-graduate degree in Mathematics, with B.Ed or M.Ed preferred.
Minimum one year of Mathematics teaching experience in primary classes.
Proficiency in Hindi and English for classroom and parent communication.
Familiarity with Google Workspace and basic smart board operation.
Valid D.El.Ed, B.Ed, or equivalent recognized by Uttar Pradesh authorities.
Preferred Skills
Experience with online teaching platforms like Google Classroom.
Digital literacy for creating and sharing digital worksheets and quizzes.
Comfort using LMS features for attendance, marks, and progress reports.
Ability to train students in basic computer-based math tools.
Salary and Benefits
Rs.18,000 to Rs.40,000 per month based on experience and qualifications.
