Role Introduction
The PRT will conduct undergraduate music classes and support the department’s academic activities at Dabble College | Indira Nagar Lucknow. This position offers a chance to nurture musical talent in the vibrant Sadar area of Lucknow.
Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, practical sessions and workshops in Indian classical and contemporary music for B.A. Music students.
- Prepare lesson plans, tutorials and assessment materials aligned with the college curriculum.
- Guide student performances, recitals and cultural events organized by the Music Faculty Recruitment in Uttar Pradesh.
- Mentor students on research projects, instrument proficiency and music theory.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews and accreditation processes.
- Maintain attendance registers, grading records and timely submission of marks.
- Collaborate with other arts faculty for interdisciplinary programs and community outreach.
Qualification
Candidates must have cleared NET/SET in Music or a related discipline, with a Master’s degree (minimum 55% marks) in Music or a comparable field. A Ph.D. is preferred but not mandatory. The role requires at least three years of teaching experience at the college level, preferably within a university or autonomous college setting.
Salary and Location
