As a key member of S R Global School's administration team in Lucknow, the Receptionist plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of the school's front desk and overall management. Day-to-Day Duties
- Greet and receive visitors, parents, and students in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle and respond to phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage and maintain the school's reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with teachers, administrators, and other staff members.
- Process and handle routine correspondence, documents, and paperwork.
- Assist with student and staff records, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide general administrative support to the school administration team.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.
Required Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a school or educational institution.
