2. Coordinate academic activities, including unit planning, assessments, and remedial sessions for Hindi language learners.
3. Develop teaching resources, worksheets, and audio-visual aids that enhance student engagement in Hindi literature and grammar.
4. Conduct regular class observations and provide feedback to Hindi teachers to improve instructional strategies.
5. Organize Hindi-related events such as kavi sammelans, debates, and cultural programs to promote language appreciation.
6. Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, assessment scores, and progress reports for Hindi subjects.
7. Collaborate with subject heads and coordinators to integrate Hindi language skills across interdisciplinary projects at Rbn Global School.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must possess a postgraduate degree in Hindi with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized Indian university. Minimum three years of full-time Hindi teaching experience in a school setting is required. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, familiarity with CBSE Hindi syllabi and classroom management in Lucknow schools will be advantageous.
