Day-to-Day Duties
1. Lead academic calendar planning for Skd Academy, C- Block Rajajipuram, aligning Tgt milestones with school goals.
2. Monitor Tgt programme progress through regular classroom observations and data reviews.
3. Coordinate with coordinators across grades to maintain consistency in academic standards.
4. Organize monthly academic review meetings with coordinators and senior leadership.
5. Oversee assessment design, moderation, and reporting for Tgt batches.
6. Support teachers with resource sharing and best-practice workshops.
7. Address parent queries related to Tgt curriculum and assessment policies.
8. Prepare quarterly academic reports for the principal and management.
9. Ensure compliance with Uttar Pradesh Board guidelines for Tgt programmes.
Eligibility
Must Have
- Postgraduate degree in any discipline
- B.Ed or M.Ed from a recognized institution
- Minimum 5 years of academic leadership or coordination experience
- Experience in CBSE or state board schools in Uttar Pradesh
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
Good to Have
- NET/SET qualified
- Prior Tgt Academic Coordinator role
- Familiarity with Lucknow school networks
- Experience in parent engagement initiatives
