- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Valid TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
Good to Have
- Experience in CBSE-affiliated schools.
- Familiarity with Python, Scratch, or other school-level programming tools.
- Knowledge of classroom management software.
- Exposure to STEM-based teaching methods.
- Previous experience in Lucknow or Uttar Pradesh schools.
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Patience and adaptability with middle school students.
