How You Will Teach
Lessons at Birla Open Minds Ayodhya Road are delivered using smart boards, Google Classroom, and a custom learning management system. Your classroom will blend traditional methods with digital resources to keep learners engaged.
What You Will Do
Plan and deliver TGT English lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum standards for grades 6 to 8. Create and upload weekly lesson plans, worksheets, and audio-visual aids on the school’s LMS for students and parents. Conduct online quizzes and assignments through Google Forms to assess comprehension and provide instant feedback.
Maintain digital attendance and performance records using the school’s ERP system. Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot minor technical issues during hybrid classes. Organize virtual storytelling sessions, poetry recitals, and grammar drills using Zoom and Google Meet. Prepare students for inter-school elocution and essay-writing competitions using digital tools.
Monitor student progress through weekly analytics reports generated by the LMS and share insights with parents during virtual PTMs. Integrate audiobooks, podcasts, and educational YouTube channels into lesson plans to enhance listening and speaking skills.
Who Can Apply
Postgraduates in English with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed and four years of full-time teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school are eligible. Candidates with prior experience in smart classroom teaching or digital content creation will be preferred. Experience in Sadar, Lucknow, or nearby areas is an advantage.
