TGT English Teacher Position at St Anjanis Public School in Lucknow
St Anjanis Public School in Lucknow seeks an experienced TGT English Teacher to join its faculty. This role focuses on delivering high-quality English language instruction to students across grades. The teacher will play a key role in shaping young minds through engaging, culturally relevant lessons that blend grammar, literature, and communication skills.
The primary responsibilities include designing and delivering lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum. Daily classroom duties will involve teaching grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing skills while fostering critical thinking and creativity. The teacher will also mentor students, provide feedback, and maintain a supportive learning environment. Regular assessment and evaluation of student progress will be part of the role.
For this position, a strong command of English is essential, along with the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for literature, a passion for language learning, and a commitment to nurturing young writers and speakers.
A postgraduate degree in English or a related field is mandatory, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. At least four years of teaching experience, preferably in English or a similar subject, is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be considered an asset.
The salary for this full-time position at St Anjanis Public School is Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month, along with other benefits as per school policy.
