Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement curricula for Hindi language classes, aligning with CBSE guidelines and Skd Academy's academic vision.
2. Conduct regular assessments to monitor student performance and progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their language skills.
3. Foster a collaborative learning environment by encouraging student participation and peer-to-peer interaction.
4. Design and execute engaging lesson plans, incorporating practical activities, group discussions, and creative writing exercises.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement co-curricular activities, such as language competitions and cultural events.
6. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Hindi language, staying updated on new developments and trends.
7. Provide guidance and support to students, helping them overcome language barriers and achieve academic success.
8. Participate in school-wide initiatives, such as parent-teacher meetings and academic workshops.
Who Can Apply
We invite applications from experienced Hindi teachers with a post-graduate degree in Hindi or a related field. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is also mandatory. A valid CTET certification is preferred. With a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
