Holding a NET/SET certification is highly preferred, though not compulsory. A strong command of mathematical theory and its practical applications is essential. Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital platforms will be advantageous.
Experience
Applicants should have at least four years of teaching experience at the college or university level. Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom, design assessments, and foster student learning is required. Experience in curriculum development or academic research will be viewed favorably. Compensation
