1. Job Overview
RASPHIL ACEDEMY is seeking a dedicated and energetic TGT Physical Education Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sports, fitness, and student development, with the ability to conduct engaging physical training sessions and promote healthy lifestyle habits among students.
2. Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver structured PE lessons for middle school students.
Train students in various sports, games, and physical fitness activities.
Organize inter-house and inter-school sports events and competitions.
Ensure safety practices and injury prevention during physical activities.
Maintain sports equipment, inventory, and records.
Assess student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Promote discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
3. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed).
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of different sports and physical training techniques.
Good communication and classroom management skills.

Ability to motivate students toward fitness and physical well-being.
Experience in organizing tournaments and coaching teams.
