How You Will Teach
Lessons begin with short concept videos shared on Google Classroom, followed by hands-on experiments tracked through our LMS where students upload their lab reports with photos and data. Blended learning modules let students review difficult topics at home while classroom time focuses on problem-solving and peer discussions. Interactive quizzes on Kahoot keep energy high during revision sessions before term-end assessments.
Day-to-Day Duties
Prepare weekly lesson plans aligned with CBSE Physics syllabus and upload them on the LMS for parents and students to track progress.
Operate and maintain smart boards, document cameras, and lab sensors during every Physics period.
Create digital worksheets with embedded videos and upload them on Google Classroom for flipped classroom sessions.
Conduct formative assessments using online tools like Quizizz and share instant feedback with students.
Supervise students during blended learning labs where half the class works on simulations while the other half performs experiments.
Collaborate with the ICT team to troubleshoot hardware issues in the Physics lab and smart classrooms.
Monitor student engagement metrics from the LMS and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Organize monthly parent-teacher meets using video conferencing for families who cannot attend in person.
Who Can Apply
Post-graduate in Physics with a minimum of three years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory; TET or CTET is preferred but not required.
Preferred Skills
Strong digital literacy with experience using Google Classroom, LMS platforms, and online assessment tools.
Familiarity with physics simulation software such as PhET or LabVIEW for virtual experiments.
Ability to train students and colleagues in using smart boards and basic troubleshooting.
Comfortable creating video lessons and uploading content on cloud-based platforms.
