Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging physics lessons aligned to the TGT curriculum and NCERT standards.
Conduct hands-on experiments in well-equipped labs to reinforce theoretical concepts.
Assess student understanding through quizzes, projects, and informal discussions rather than rote testing.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross-disciplinary projects involving math and technology.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assignments, and term-end grades in the school ERP system.
Participate in weekly subject forums to review student progress and adjust teaching strategies.
Organize science exhibitions and inter-house physics competitions to spark wider interest.
Attend orientation sessions and parent-teacher meetings to share each child’s progress transparently.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Physics with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) from an NCTE-recognized institute.
Three years of classroom teaching experience in middle school physics.
TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE physics curriculum and lab safety protocols.
