Dav Public School, in Lucknow, is seeking a TGT Science Teacher to join its faculty. We are looking for a talented and committed Science Teacher to teach Science to students from Class 6th to Class 10th.
What You Will Do
- Teach Science to students from Class 6th to Class 10th, focusing on conceptual understanding and practical application.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, incorporating hands-on activities, experiments, and discussions.
- Assess student performance through regular quizzes, tests, and evaluations, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with other Science Teachers to plan and implement Science projects, exhibitions, and fairs.
- Develop and maintain a well-equipped Science laboratory, ensuring the safety of students and equipment.
- Communicate regularly with parents through progress reports, meetings, and emails.
- Participate in school-wide activities, such as Science Olympiads, quizzes, and competitions.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Science education and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Contribute to the school's Science department, assisting with curriculum development, resource creation, and other initiatives.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you should have a Post Graduate degree in Science (B.Sc, M.Sc) and a B.Ed degree. You should also have at least 3 years of experience in teaching Science to students from Class 6th to Class 10th. CTET/TET is not required, but preference will be given to candidates with relevant teaching experience.
