The VICE PRINCIPAL will support the Principal in overall administration of Dabble College | Indira Nagar Lucknow, overseeing academic and non‑academic functions. The role involves supervising staff, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative environment among faculty and support personnel.
The incumbent will lead initiatives for quality improvement, accreditation preparation, and implementation of new programmes. Regular interaction with the University Grants Commission, state education authorities and industry partners is expected to enhance the college’s reputation. Handling grievance redressal, maintaining discipline, and ensuring safety protocols on campus are also part of the VICE PRINCIPAL responsibilities.
Strategic planning forms a core part of the job; the VICE PRINCIPAL will assist in preparing annual action plans, monitoring key performance indicators, and reporting progress to the governing body.
