To qualify, hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a minimum of three years of teaching experience in Hindi or related subjects. A graduate degree in Hindi or a relevant field is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory for this position, it will be highly beneficial for career growth.
