About This Role
This full-time PGT Business Studies Teacher position is open for a postgraduate candidate with at least 3 years of relevant teaching experience. Key Responsibilities

Use inclusive teaching methods such as peer learning, visual aids, and real-world case studies to enhance comprehension and retention. Collaborate with subject teachers to design cross-curricular projects that build financial and entrepreneurial literacy.
Organize mock board exams and group discussions to prepare students for State Board assessments and competitive exams. Provide individual feedback and mentoring to students who need additional support in grasping accounting or business concepts.
Integrate technology through spreadsheets, presentation tools, and e-learning platforms to make abstract theories tangible. Monitor attendance and intervene early with students facing academic or personal challenges.
Maintain a safe, respectful classroom environment that encourages curiosity and respectful debate. Participate in parent-teacher meetings and share progress reports transparently.
Eligibility
Postgraduate degree in Business Studies, Commerce, or related field from a recognized university is required. B.Ed or M.Ed qualification is preferred for this Business Studies Teaching Job in Mathura.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Business Studies at the senior secondary level is necessary. NET or SET qualification in Commerce or Business Studies will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills (inclusive pedagogy, patience, communication)
