A postgraduate degree in English or a related discipline is mandatory, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, proven teaching experience in senior classes is essential. Two years of experience in high school English instruction, particularly in exam-oriented environments, will be highly valued.
