- Teach Science to students from grades 6 to 8, utilizing innovative and effective teaching methods.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
- Prepare students for board exams, providing guidance and support to ensure their academic success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including progress reports and assessment results.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of Science curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to take risks and explore their interests.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Science education and integrate new concepts and technologies into teaching practices.
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed. degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Science, preferably in a school setting.
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills, with a passion for Science education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
