Day-to-Day Duties
Plan weekly Social Science lessons covering local heritage and UP state topics.
Prepare teaching aids like maps and timelines using locally available resources.
Conduct monthly quiz sessions on Indian freedom struggle and river systems.
Organize field trips to Mathura museums and nearby heritage sites twice a term.
Grade notebooks and maintain portfolios for each student.
Collaborate with PRT team on cross-subject projects such as ‘Mathura Through Ages’.
Attend staff meetings and share monthly progress reports with parents.
Participate in school festivals that highlight regional culture.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
Graduation degree from a recognized university.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
One year of full-time teaching experience in primary Social Science.
Good to Have
CTET qualified candidates will be preferred.
TET qualified candidates will receive added consideration.
Familiarity with UP board syllabus is advantageous.
Skills We Value
Clear communication in Hindi and basic English.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners.
