Qualification
Must Have
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in special education administration or related support role.
Good to Have
- TET/CTET certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Additional certification in special education or disability studies.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of inclusive education frameworks and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports and present findings clearly.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail in record‑keeping.
- Leadership qualities to guide staff and drive inclusive initiatives.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and educational software.
