About This Role
As a Taekwando Coach at Ramanlal Shorawala International School in Mahavan, Mathura, you will be a part of our sports administration team responsible for leading and managing our Taekwando programme.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement the Ramanlal Shorawala International School Taekwando programme in accordance with international standards.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of Taekwando coaches and instructors.
- Organize Taekwando competitions and events, ensuring their smooth execution.
- Collaborate with the School's administration to integrate the Taekwando programme into the overall school curriculum.
- Develop and implement safety protocols for student-athletes during training and competitions.
- Liaise with the School's facilities department to maintain and upgrade the Taekwando training facilities.
- Ensure compliance with the School's policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of student-athletes' progress and achievements.
Who Can Apply
To be eligible for this position, you must have a graduate degree and at least 2 years of experience as a Taekwando coach. Familiarity with Indian Taekwondo coaching certifications such as CTI, IITF or other relevant certifications is preferred. Additionally, you should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
