How You Will Teach

Day-to-Day Duties
Prepare weekly lesson plans aligned with the NCERT Hindi curriculum for middle school. Record short video explanations for absent students and upload to the LMS. Conduct live doubt-clearing sessions on Google Meet twice a week. Mark digital assignments using rubrics in the LMS within 48 hours. Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot classroom technology issues. Organize monthly Hindi storytelling competitions using smart-board multimedia. Maintain a digital portfolio of student work samples for parent-teacher meetings. Attend quarterly training sessions on new digital teaching tools.
Required Qualifications
Post-graduate degree in Hindi with a minimum of 50% marks. B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
