PRT Dance Teacher Job in Mau, Uttar Pradesh | School Recruitment
At St. Xavier Sr. Sec. School, we believe dance is more than just movement—it’s a language of joy, creativity, and cultural pride. Our school in Madhuban, Mau, is a place where young minds grow with warmth, where every child feels seen, and where the arts play a vital role in shaping their future. We celebrate diversity through dance, from classical forms to modern expressions, and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for nurturing talent with kindness and enthusiasm.
Working here means being part of a tight-knit community where teachers are family, and every effort is valued. You’ll collaborate closely with other staff, participate in school events, and enjoy a relaxed yet dedicated work environment. The school’s focus on holistic development means your role will be both creative and meaningful, with opportunities to inspire students in ways beyond the classroom.
Your duties will include teaching dance classes to students from Class I to XII, designing age-appropriate lesson plans, and fostering a safe space for self-expression. You’ll conduct weekly practice sessions, assist in school performances, and mentor students in competitions and cultural fests. Organizing workshops for parents and teachers on dance pedagogy is also part of your responsibility. Additionally, you’ll maintain a clean and organized dance studio, keep records of student progress, and collaborate with the principal to align dance programs with school goals.
For this PRT Dance Teacher position, a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is essential, along with at least two years of teaching experience. A degree in dance or related arts is a plus, though not mandatory. What matters most is your genuine love for dance, patience with students, and ability to connect with diverse learners. Your personality should reflect our school’s values—warm, patient, and full of energy.
You’ll earn a competitive salary of Rs.14,000 to Rs.26,000 per month, along with other benefits like uniform allowance and occasional travel support for school events. If you’re ready to bring your passion for dance to St. Xavier Sr. Sec. School, we’d love to hear from you. Join us in shaping young lives through movement and creativity.
