Scope of the Role

Core Academic Duties

Assessment and Planning Duties
Develop lesson plans aligned with the state curriculum, set measurable objectives for student performance, and conduct informal assessments through drills, games, and fitness tests. Compile reports on student progress and suggest interventions for improvement.
Qualification and Experience
Post‑graduate degree required. Two years of teaching experience in a school setting preferred. B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification mandatory; TET/CTET not required. Ability to inspire and motivate students to excel in physical activities is essential.
Salary and Location
Competitive remuneration of Rs.18,000 – Rs.35,000 per month. Position based in Mau Sadar, Mau, Uttar Pradesh, within the Little Flower Children School campus.
