Role Summary
As an Admission Counsellor at K.l. International School, you will be responsible for leading our admissions process, ensuring that it is efficient, effective, and tailored to the needs of our students and their families. This is a full-time, non-teaching role that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate the admissions process, including scheduling appointments, conducting tours, and responding to queries.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students and their families, providing them with information about our school's programs and services.
3. Assist in the preparation of admission materials, such as brochures and website content.
4. Collaborate with the school's leadership team to ensure that our admissions process aligns with our school's strategic goals and objectives.
5. Analyze data and trends to inform our admissions strategy and make recommendations for improvement.
6. Develop and implement initiatives to increase student enrollment and retention.
7. Provide support to students and families throughout the admissions process, including during the application and registration process.
8. Collaborate with other departments, such as the finance and marketing departments, to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
Eligibility
To be considered for this role, you should have a graduate degree and at least 3 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or a related field. You should also be familiar with the education landscape in Meerut and have a good understanding of the needs of students and their families in this region.
