Key Responsibilities

- Manage inventory of furniture, equipment, and consumables, placing orders and tracking deliveries.

- Conduct regular safety drills, maintain fire extinguishers and emergency exits, and liaise with local authorities for compliance.
- Oversee security operations, including CCTV monitoring and access control for staff, students, and visitors.
- Prepare monthly reports on maintenance status, expenditure, and upcoming projects for the school administration.
Qualifications and Experience
Post‑graduate degree in any discipline. Two years of experience in school or institutional estate management. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
Compensation
Salary range: Rs.25,000 – Rs.50,000 per month.
Location and Work Hours
Full‑time position based in Maharajganj (sadar), Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Regular working hours with occasional evening or weekend visits for maintenance or emergency situations.
