Responsibilities
1. Design and oversee the annual music curriculum and extracurricular activities, ensuring alignment with school objectives.
2. Coordinate music events, competitions, and cultural programs, managing logistics, budgets, and external partners.
3. Collaborate with the school leadership team to integrate music into the broader school culture and community outreach.
4. Maintain detailed records of student participation, equipment inventory, and funding applications.
5. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and volunteers involved in music initiatives.
Qualification
A graduate degree is required, with B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred for leadership credibility. TET/CTET is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in school administration or related leadership roles.
Salary
Rs.16,000 – Rs.30,000 per month.
