Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic NTT English Teacher to join our faculty team at Cj Dav Public School in Meerut. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English to students from grades 1 to 12, developing engaging lesson plans, and assessing student progress. As a member of our faculty, you will be expected to contribute to the development of curriculum materials and participate in school events.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lessons to students in English, using a range of teaching methods and resources.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their language skills.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Utilize technology to enhance teaching and learning, such as digital resources and multimedia materials.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and communicate with parents about student progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and improve teaching practices.
- Attend staff meetings and contribute to school events and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in English or a related field. A Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) qualification is highly preferred. Additionally, a passing score in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is desirable.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.20,000 - Rs.30,000 per month, along with a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
