As a Nursery and Kindergarten (NTK) English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our young students. You will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes playful learning, activity-based teaching, and child-friendly methods. Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of our young learners
2. Create a child-friendly learning environment that promotes creativity and exploration
3. Use phonics, storytelling, and rhymes to teach English language skills
4. Plan and conduct classroom activities that promote emotional development and basic communication skills
5. Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
6. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide activities
7. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
8. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians through regular updates and progress reports
9. Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions
Who Can Apply
Must Have:
- Graduate degree in English or a related field
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree
- Good knowledge of English language and literature
- Experience working with young children (2+ years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good to Have:
- NET or SET certification
- CTET or TET certification
- Experience in Montessori or play-based learning methods
- Knowledge of Hindi or other local languages
Preferred Skills
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with diverse student populations
