Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons that foster language skills and cultural awareness for students.
Create lesson plans, activities, and assessments that align with school objectives and promote active learning.
Utilise a variety of teaching aids, including audio‑visual resources, to enhance comprehension and retention.
Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to practice speaking and writing Hindi.
Provide constructive feedback on student performance and collaborate with colleagues to support academic growth.
Participate in school meetings, workshops, and extracurricular events to contribute to the overall educational experience.
Qualification
Graduate degree in any discipline with B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. required for teaching positions.
TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
Experience in developing and implementing Hindi curriculum and classroom management is essential.
Salary
Competitive remuneration ranging from Rs.18,000 to Rs.25,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
