3. Conduct hands-on activities to teach numbers, shapes, patterns, and basic arithmetic.
4. Assess student progress through informal methods and maintain simple records.
5. Collaborate with other NTT teachers to align lesson plans and classroom strategies.
6. Use storytelling and rhymes to reinforce Mathematical concepts in early learners.
7. Organize Mathematics-based games and group activities to enhance participation.
8. Support students with special needs through simplified instructions and peer support.
9. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress in Mathematics.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching Mathematics at the pre-primary or early primary level.
- Familiarity with basic Mathematics curriculum for ages 4 to 8.
- Ability to work in a full-time school environment in Meerut.
Good to Have
- TET or CTET certification.
- Experience in a CBSE-affiliated school setting.
- Exposure to digital teaching tools such as tablets or interactive boards.
- Previous involvement in Mathematics fairs or competitions for young learners.
