Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing)
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Valid registration with the Uttar Pradesh Nursing Council
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Leadership and management skills to coordinate health services
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff
