Role Summary
K.l. International School is looking for a responsible Peon to support daily operations in Meerut. The role involves assisting staff, managing logistics, and ensuring a smooth school environment. Experience in school administration or similar settings is preferred. The Peon will work closely with leadership and support teams across departments.
What You Will Do
1. Deliver files, notices, and materials between classrooms and offices.
2. Assist in setting up and maintaining clean, orderly spaces for school events.
3. Receive and distribute incoming mail and courier items to respective departments.
4. Support the maintenance team during repairs or maintenance activities.
5. Monitor and report issues like broken furniture, damaged doors, or electrical faults.
6. Assist during parent-teacher interactions or school meetings.
7. Operate basic office equipment like printers, photocopiers, and intercom systems.
8. Maintain inventory of stationery and classroom supplies.
9. Help during sports day, annual functions, or cultural programs as required.
Who Can Apply
Must Have
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Familiar with basic office and school routines
- Ability to read Hindi and English
- Local residence in Meerut or nearby areas
Good to Have
- Prior experience in a school or educational institution
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
- Knowledge of local routes and transport options
- Exposure to handling sensitive documents
- Willingness to work flexible hours during events
