Maintain a lab that is well-equipped and safe for experiments, ensuring all students receive proper guidance during practical sessions. Assess student performance through continuous evaluation, using both written tests and practical assessments to track progress effectively. Participate in school events and extracurricular programs related to biology, such as science fairs or eco-clubs, to foster a deeper appreciation for the subject among students.
A postgraduate degree in Biology with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is essential for this position. Three years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in a high school or similar academic setting, is required.
