Role Summary
We seek to appoint an experienced PGT Business Studies Teacher for a senior secondary Business Studies teaching position at Bds International School, Meerut. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent teaching skills, and a ability to motivate students. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students in achieving academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities
1. Teach Business Studies to senior secondary students at Bds International School, Meerut.
2. Prepare and deliver lessons for Business Studies, aligning with the school's curriculum and assessment requirements.
3. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills.
4. Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
5. Participate in school-wide activities, such as parent-teacher meetings and extracurricular events.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.
8. Stay up-to-date with developments in Business Studies and apply this knowledge in the classroom.
9. Mentor junior teachers and provide guidance on teaching practices.

Who Can Apply
Must Have:
- A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or a related field with a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed.
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Business Studies.
- Strong understanding of the Indian school curriculum and assessment requirements.

Good to Have:
- A NET or SET qualification in Business Studies.
- Experience in teaching Business Studies at the senior secondary level.
- Familiarity with the UP Board curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Proficiency in using educational technology to enhance teaching and learning.
