Day-to-Day Duties
Prepare detailed lesson plans aligned with CBSE guidelines for Economics at the senior secondary level. Conduct weekly tests and mock exams to assess student understanding and performance. Provide individual guidance to students preparing for board exams and competitive tests.
Organize seminars and guest lectures by economists or industry professionals to enhance practical exposure. Mentor junior teachers in Economics pedagogy and curriculum planning. Maintain updated teaching resources, including charts, models, and digital content.
Monitor academic progress of students and suggest corrective measures where needed. Coordinate with the department for academic planning and resource sharing.
Eligibility
Postgraduate degree in Economics with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university. B.Ed or M.Ed with specialization in Social Science or Economics. NET/SET qualified candidates will be preferred for this PGT Economics Teacher in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
