PGT Physical Education Teacher Position at K L International School, Meerut
K L International School in Meerut seeks a dedicated PGT Physical Education Teacher to inspire and guide students in developing their athletic skills and fitness habits. This role involves designing and implementing engaging PE curriculum, ensuring students excel in sports, teamwork, and overall physical well-being. You will lead field-based activities, coordinate school sports events, and foster a culture of discipline and sportsmanship among students.
Core responsibilities include planning and teaching PE classes covering track and field, swimming, gymnastics, and team sports like football, basketball, and volleyball. You will assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with school management to organize inter-house competitions, sports days, and extracurricular events that promote team spirit.
You must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with at least four years of relevant teaching experience in Physical Education. A strong background in sports science, coaching, and classroom management will be highly valued. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an asset for this position.
This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment that balances academic rigor with dynamic physical activities, and will be based in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
