Role Summary

What You Will Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Physics curriculum for senior secondary classes
- Prepare students for board exams and ensure high results in Physics
- Conduct regular department meetings to discuss academic progress and plan for improvements
- Mentor junior Physics teachers and provide guidance on teaching methodologies
- Coordinate with the senior management to develop and implement academic policies
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for Physics teachers to enhance their skills
- Develop and maintain a positive learning environment in the Physics laboratory
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate Physics with other subjects
- Analyze student performance data to identify areas of improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and motivation in Physics
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physics with a B.Ed.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a senior secondary school.
- NET or SET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Physics curriculum and examination patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
