Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive Physics lesson plans to cater to students of various learning abilities
- Deliver lectures and conduct practical experiments to ensure student understanding and retention of Physics concepts
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve student performance
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall academic and co-curricular growth of the school
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop a cohesive and supportive learning environment
- Provide individualized support to students who require extra help
- Attend training and professional development workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with curriculum changes
Eligibility Criteria
Fresh B.Ed graduates are welcome to apply for this role. Candidates who have appeared for TET/CTET exams will be considered on a case-by-case basis. A postgraduate degree in Physics (M.Sc) is essential for this position, while B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification is mandatory for all teaching positions. Experience in teaching Physics at a school level is preferred but not necessary.
