How You Will Teach (smart boards, Google Classroom, LMS, blended learning)
You will teach Psychology to senior secondary students, using our smart boards to deliver engaging lessons. You will also utilize Google Classroom to share resources, assignments, and feedback with students. Additionally, you will work with our LMS to post course materials, track student progress, and facilitate online discussions.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach Psychology to senior secondary students, including theory and practical classes
- Prepare students for board exams, focusing on practical subject expertise and academic performance improvement
- Develop and implement lesson plans that incorporate technology, such as smart boards and online resources
- Use Google Classroom to share resources, assignments, and feedback with students
- Work with the LMS to post course materials, track student progress, and facilitate online discussions
- Mentor junior teachers in the department, sharing best practices and technology integration strategies
- Participate in academic planning and coordination, including curriculum development and board exam preparation
- Conduct remedial classes for students who require additional support
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student performance and progress

Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you should have a postgraduate degree in Psychology (M.A. or M.Sc.) and a B.Ed. or equivalent qualification.
