Your Students
Most students at Bds International School come from middle-class families in Meerut’s civil lines and cantonment areas. Children speak Hindi at home and need structured support to move from conversational Hindi to reading and writing fluency. Many parents expect visible progress in weekly assignments and monthly assessments.
Day-to-Day Duties
Conduct Hindi reading circles and storytelling sessions for Grades 1–3 to improve listening and pronunciation. Prepare simple worksheets and flashcards that reinforce varnmala, matras, and basic sentences. Organise monthly Hindi recitation competitions where students perform poems and short dialogues. Hold bi-weekly parent-teacher interactions to share student progress and suggest home-based practice. Collaborate with art teachers to create visual aids that support Hindi vocabulary learning. Attend staff meetings to align Hindi curriculum with school-wide activities. Participate in local festivals like Holi and Diwali to connect classroom learning with cultural celebrations.

Bachelor’s degree in Hindi (B.A. Hindi) or post-graduate degree with Hindi as a subject. D.El.Ed or B.Ed from a recognised institute. Minimum 3 years of Hindi teaching experience in primary classes. Familiarity with activity-based learning and student-centred methods.
Why Apply Here
At Bds International School, you will see your students move from shaky script to confident reading within a term. Many parents in Meerut choose Hindi-medium sections for cultural pride, so your impact is felt at home too. The school recognises language teachers who innovate with local themes and student interests.
Perks and Pay
Monthly salary between Rs.20,000 and Rs.30,000. Annual increment policy based on classroom performance and parent feedback. Access to teaching resources and in-house training workshops.
