This role is ideal for a graduate with Hindi teaching experience who can take ownership of early language learning. The position requires planning and delivering engaging lessons for Classes 1 to 5 while preparing students for Hindi board exams.
Day-to-Day Duties
Plan weekly lesson plans aligned with CBSE guidelines for Hindi in primary grades. Conduct daily Hindi classes with storytelling, poetry recitation, and grammar exercises to build foundational skills. Lead Hindi curriculum development for PRT level and mentor junior teachers in teaching methodologies.
Organize monthly Hindi recitation competitions and spelling bees to boost student participation. Coach students for Hindi board exam patterns through practice papers and mock tests. Maintain classroom discipline and create a language-rich environment with charts, flashcards, and reading corners.
Collaborate with subject coordinators to integrate Hindi with other subjects like EVS and art. Prepare monthly progress reports and share feedback with parents during PTMs.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in Hindi or Hindi Literature with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university. B.Ed or D.El.Ed in Hindi with three years of teaching experience in primary Hindi. TET or CTET qualified candidates will be given preference during selection.
