1. Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors to the school.
2. Manage the school's front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling messages.
3. Coordinate with teachers and staff to ensure smooth flow of school operations.
4. Maintain the school's database, including student and staff records.
5. Handle cash transactions, including fee collection and payment of bills.
6. Provide information and assistance to students, parents, and visitors.
7. Maintain the school's appearance, including ensuring that the reception area is clean and tidy.
8. Assist with school events and activities, including setting up and managing logistics.
Eligibility
Applicants must have a postgraduate degree in any field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required. The incumbent must be proficient in Hindi and English.
