- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and service providers to access additional resources and support
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in special education
- Represent Bds International School at local and state-level forums and conferences related to special education
- Contribute to the school's accreditation and quality improvement processes, ensuring compliance with international standards
- Provide administrative support to the Principal and other senior leaders as required
Eligibility
To be eligible for this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in special education, with a strong background in administration and leadership. A postgraduate degree in special education or a related field is preferred, but not essential. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, and community members.
