Role Introduction
Wisdom Global School invites applications for the position of TGT Computer Science Teacher in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. The role focuses on delivering engaging computer science lessons to students, preparing them for competitive exams and fostering practical skills.
Daily Responsibilities
- Deliver planned lessons in Computer Science, ensuring clarity of concepts.
- Manage classroom activities, including coding labs and project work.
- Maintain learning records and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Coordinate with subject coordinators on resource needs and curriculum updates.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
- Design and update lesson plans aligned with the state curriculum and national standards.
- Conduct assessments, analyze results, and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Mentor students for national-level competitive exams such as UGC-NET, CSIR-NET, and SET.
- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development workshops.
Periodic Responsibilities
- Lead school science and technology events, including coding competitions and robotics workshops.
- Prepare reports for parent-teacher interactions and school administration.
- Contribute to the development of extracurricular activities that promote STEM interests.
Qualification and Experience
Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or related field required. B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory; TET/CTET preferred. Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting. Proven ability to use technology in teaching and to prepare students for competitive exams such as UGC-NET and CSIR-NET.
Salary and Location
Competitive salary ranging from Rs.19,000 to Rs.35,000 per month. Position located in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh at Wisdom Global School.
