As a TGT Hindi Teacher, you will be working with students in the 6th to 10th standards, preparing them for their secondary school exams and instilling in them a love for the Hindi language and literature.
What You Will Do
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans for Hindi classes, aligning with the school's curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Contribute to the development of Hindi language skills, literature, and cultural education among students.
- Assess student performance through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve their language skills.
- Prepare students for Hindi language proficiency tests and exams, such as CTET and TET.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that promote language and literacy skills.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate effectively with parents about student progress.
- Engage in staff development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies.
- Conduct periodic assessments and evaluations to measure student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other teachers to plan and implement cross-curricular activities that promote language and cultural exchange.
